Founded in July 2018, Mastermind Leaders was created by a group of forward-thinking entrepreneurs who believed that business growth should not happen in isolation. Having experienced the challenges faced by startups—especially limited support and high perceived risk—the founders recognized the need for a better system.
Mastermind Leaders was designed as an entrepreneurship and leadership ecosystem, not just a business network. By connecting entrepreneurs within a structured environment of collaboration, accountability, and shared learning, the ecosystem reduces risk and strengthens collective success.
